Danny 2 Months

Sneeze!

He went to the doctor last week and was 10 lbs., 13 ozs.  Growing boy!

Schalke Soccer

Christian and Daniella Lehmann sent Danny a Schalke outfit from Germany.  It is Christian's favorite soccer team.  The outfit is adorable!

I guess we need to send baby Samuel a Huskers outfit!

Everyone looks tired and unkempt from swimming :)  Danny even got in and he loved it!  I forgot my camera, but everyone had fun.

Covered Wagon Project

Lexi studied the Oregon Trail in school this month.  She had to make a covered wagon and present it to the class.  She has such an imagination!  With help from Joe, here is her covered wagon.

They even got to dress up!

She filled it up with supplies...salt, flour, beans, dried meat, shovel, gun, extra wheel, etc...

She even had a chicken coop!

She did an excellent job and got 100%!

Danny 2 1/2 weeks

I took these pictures when Danny was 2 1/2 weeks.  I just found them on our other camera.  I can't believe how much he has changed!

Dressing

Lexi has been helping to dress Danny.  Since we are cloth diapering, I haven't had the kids change a diaper.  Of course, they show no interest in that part anyway!  They both want to hold him all the time.  Chris is a great big brother and I know he can't wait till he can actually play with Danny.

Right after this picture was taken, Danny spit up on Lexi.  You should have seen her face!  She did not like getting dirty and I thought she was going to drop him.  It was funny and I wish I had a picture.



Growing

Danny is growing like crazy!  We measured him yesterday and he has grown an inch and a half in 2 weeks!  I am anxious to find out how much he weighs at the end of this month.  I don't think Lexi and Chris were this big until they were at least 3 months old!  We are happy he is healthy and growing.  He is more alert, smiling and cooing.  He is ticklish and hasn't learned how to laugh yet, though he tries.  I am trying to get a video of him smiling and hope to post it soon.
